Our team has met 5 of our 8 meetings and we are getting down to the details of presenting VBS and choosing some fabrics to freshen the retreat cabins. In 2 weeks we will have our team dinner and actually begin packing our extra suitcases with materials for our adventure. We each will have one personal suitcase and one dedicated to the mission goal. Our team leader will also have us pack our personal stuff a week before departure and be sure we meet weight limits and have all the right stuff with us AND can each tote our own baggage. There will be a physical test. Gretchen is an organizer!!
